Some Community Housekeeping

If you've been poking around the site recently helping others, you may have noticed various design elements moving around.  

It's been on my TO-DO list to clean up and streamline the site's interface for members who are logged in for a while now.  Here are some changes that we've made for members who are logged in:

Banner at the top of the site - Gone
Sidebar present while viewing a topic - Gone
Ads after the first post - Gone

We used to house the "Top Downloads" and "Recent Article" in the Topic View sidebar.  But, my thinking on the subject is that members of the site already know how to find this information.  Want to know the most popular downloads?  Click on "Downloads".  Want to find the most recent articles?  Click on home.  

I can almost hear many of you rejoicing now!  A nice clean space to read and write and help each other.  

Our site is expensive to administer, but we're working to keep the ads from disrupting the user experience.  Let us know how you like these changes.
