Can you help me on PVRV sizing of breather valve.

API 2000 is for petroleum liquids. HCL being an inflammable liquid, API 2000 based on flash point seems to be not applicable.

Unlilke other liquids HCL gives huge dense fumes which makes the sizing complicated. How to take these fumes in to account on valve sizing.

What Material of Construction is required for this service.

Thanks and Regards,
P.Sridhar
