What I like about API_RP_526_Orifice_Calc.xls is that it is simple, nothing fancy. You should also show the calculation of 'C'l. I hope you have one for sub-critical flow/pilot operated valves as well as for liquids to complete your tool box.

What I like about PSV_Sizing_Software.xls is that it has everything one needs to document and purchase the PSV. What I don't like is that it can be confusing as to what units are being used. I know the units are defined in rows 31-34 but you would be better off just having a specification sheet dedicated to specific units. It is easy to get them mixed up and one has to search for the units while looking at the sheet.

What is just plain wrong is how the Total Calculated Area, cells E52/I52, is determined. You DO NOT ADD THE VAPOR AND LIQUID AREAS TO COME UP WITH A TOTAL AREA!! This was meant to account for 2-phase relief and this procedure went out with the dinosours.
