Thank you Joe, it was just a matter of time. While going through the new version I spotted many of these, pointed them out to others and had a good laugh. The standard isn't written very well.

Well...I think good laugh is expected. I am more concern on engineers who use without knowing the error.
Sometime experience engineer may be trapped by careless...
It could end-up a disaster...
