Can anyone tell me important aspects of Flare Header Analysis. Also way the Global scenarios are considered and what are the important aspects of this.
I might become more specific once I get some more input as I am doing Flare Header Analysis for the first time

- Material compatible to relieved fluid (corrosion, stress cracking, etc)
- How back pressure affecting the design of relief and blowdown system
- Noise level
- Mechanical integrity against vibration (high frequency and low frequency)
- Hydrate & ice freezing apect
- material thermal shock
- relieve fluids compatible analysis
