Sevail,

No offence, but if you use a spellchecker might allow us to understand your question. I am not a native English speaking and it's difficult to understand your post. Anybody can make mistakes. I don't know about native English speaking people but myself I am feeling outraged when I hear my native language massacred by someone.

Here is the answer at what I think you wanted to ask:
1. Fuel type refinery - the most common, it produced jet fuel, gasoline, diesel, fuel oil, all the petroleum fractions, with more or less "enhancements" to increase the yields of the light products.
2. Petrochemical, as name is implying is adding petrochemical plants to a more or less conventional refinery. It can be plastics (polyethylene and/or polypropylene), it can be benzene derivates, you name it. There can be thousands of compounds.
It is not by coincidence why the "black gold" is driving the world in these days.

Regards,
Andrei

I would say it's definitely not right to post such response to any of Forum members, regardless of their knowledge of English language. For us, it is important to understand the subject, and that is something which can always be clarified after consulting with the author or ChE Administrator. I think we are not here to judge about the language - especially if post is not written by using slang (which we can see sometimes).

I hope this doesn't sound offensive to you Andrei, because this was not my intention.
Best regards,
