presently im working on urea plant simulation.
first i have started with hysys and aspen plus.
but results are not matching with plant data.
i have contacted VMG company for VMG Thermo-Urea++ property package.
But now they are not offering that package.
can anybody help in this issue.
mainly which property package will give better results.
i want properties( density, viscosity,Cp,K) for process streams.
how to get these properties

I believe Electrolytes can do. There are formulas for density and viscosity of urea/water solutions for different urea concentration and temperature of mixture. I can send you appropriate equations if you're not satisfied with your simulation results.

Regards.

Thank you Wojtar
i had simulated with electrolyte NRTL. but properties are not matching.
components involved in the simulation NH3,CO2,H2O and urea.
along with density and viscosity i want Cp also
can u send me the equations

Thank You inadvance
