I have an application where I am transferring Liquid material from Storage tank to Truck. After transferring the liquid material I need to flush the line by using Air.
Information:
Line size: 3" (300 ft line)
I am thinking of adding the pressure regaulator on Air line, and I would like to know the required air pressure and flow at the dicharge of the regulator. Inlet air pressure of the regulator is 120 psig.
Is there any criteria (velocity/presussure drop) for Pneumatic liquid transfer?
Thanks,
