Dear Process Experts
Is there any software that can predict properties of Caustic Solution?
I checked HYSYS with poor results.
Also I need to have heat effect of Caustic Dilution within such simulation.

Why do you need Hysys for Caustic Soda properties? Internet is full of resources. For example:

http://www.dow.com/causticsoda/phys/

The data available are:

- Freezing Point Curve for Caustic Soda Solutions
- Densities of Pure (salt-free) Caustic Soda Solution at Various Concentrations and Temperatures
- Densities of Dow 50% Caustic Soda Solution, Commercial and Membrane Grades, at 30°C (86°F)
- Densities of Pure (salt-free) Caustic Soda Solution (volumetric units) at 20°C (68° F)
- Enthalpy-Concentration Table for Pure (salt-free) Caustic Soda Solution
- pH Versus Concentration Table for Caustic Soda Solution
- Dilution Temperature Curves for 50% Caustic Soda Solution at Three Initial Temperatures

Have u tried OLI Electrolyte package? I guess you'd require additional license to access that in HYSYS.
