Our company is getting ready for overhauling crude oil fractionation plant. So Which safety regulation standards should I follow for opening heat exchanger and other equipment in an oil industry?. Thanks

I don't know where you are at or where you work, but the first thing your company should have is safety rules and regulations. There are no "international Safety Regulations". Each company has its own and together with the country you are in and your insurance company, you should have a developed set of safety regulations. Go to your safety department manager and request this information.
