I have datasheet for the valve and various required values like delta p sizing, cv selected, cv calculated (min/nor/max) etc., so far as I have read I used following calculations bt could nt succeed as results donot match the readings ,so can anyone help plz???

Are your control valves equipped with positioners?
If not, I believe you should not give too much credit to the % opening readable from the DCS, because it is possibly different from the actual valve opening in the field. But you can make a test to check that.
