What is the minimum water content loading for electrostatic coalescer? I have heard that it should be 10%?

The inlet crude oil stream I have has very high density and therefore this heavy fluid will be mixed with light crude to a ratio that the density of the mixed fluids is no less than API. water cut is 50%.

Mixed fluid handling capacity = 150,500 bpd

light crude for mixing = 5,000 bpd

formation water = 2,750 bpd

fluid to FPSO density = Minimum 16 API

my crude BS&W specification should be less than 0.5% V

How can I attain that?

It is not possible to obtain it in 3 phase separator and therefore can I use electrostatic coalescer to achieve the outlet water content of 0.5%.

Thank you very much

I would like to notify that there is no need to look into this topic as I have entered some wrong values. I don't know how to delete the thread.
