In industrial practice when we design pipe line for gas flow, liquid flow or gas-liquid flow the consideration is important that either it is single phase or two phase. I am trying to design pipe following API 14E.

When the vapor fraction is very low we should consider it as Single Phase. But What is the limit of this vapor fraction? I need this help.
