Hello all,

I am working on a flare system design and I'm trying to work out the Pilot gas consumption rate, I have used 70 SCF/Hr per pilot as stated in my firm's design guide line. I'm not too quite comfortable with this, does anyone have any idea on how to do a proper estimate?

Hi, Fuel gas flow rate per pilot approximately is  3.5 m3/h (123,6 SCF/H), regulating the supply pressure at 1.0 kg/cm2G.
