How can I size storage vessel? HC liquid pressure is 10 bar. Vessel pressure is at 4.0 bar. Flow rate is known. Liquid level to be maintained is 60%.

When i enter vapor outlet pressure at 2 bar, HYSYS is giving me error saying that vessel is going under vacuum

Please suggest .

I'm also having tremendous difficulty understanding the conflicting nature of the question. Perhaps some diagram or screenshot would clarify things?
