Greetings...!!!

 

I am involved in a Petrochemical project where are going to use n-Hexane as solvent as well as washing purpose. 

 

In India Generally we get Food grade Hexane where Sulfur  and benzene content is high.

 

I would like to know whether any international standord  is available for petrochemical grade such as Euro-III/IV. Or this is just user/Licensor specification.

 

Or do we need just poly test (Polyaromatics Hydrocarbon test) to qualify ???

Though there are many supplier for hexane but I am not able to get any standord for Petrochemical Grade Hexane.

any information on above will be a great help which will enable to decide/procurement.

There is no specific information regarding specification of Petrochemical grade hexane on google...

Could you send  the link if you found  something relevant on same...

Are you specific enough in your research ? Let you talk to vendors .
