Hi

If a repair has been done on a vaccum operated heater,How do you do a hydrolic pressure test on vaccum? Please help.

1 place adhesive tape on all the flange connection, making sure that it is sealed to flange. Then make a small hole on the tape

2 admit condensate, from the lowest point and keep the vent on the highest point

3 stop the water injection when the condensate is coming out from the highest point 

4 check systerm for the leak and attend them

5 when no more leaks are detected on the systerm , the test can be considered completed.
