Hi,

I need to clean water cooling line having volume 12 cubic meter by using degreasing solution Sodium Carbonate 2% and TSP 1%.

Please anyone can tell me how to calculate the chemicals like HCL or H2SO4 for neutralization of this solution. How much percentage should i take to neutralize it.

hi ,

Take a sample of the solution and perform or ask a chemist to perform the neutralization in lab (auto-titrator or manual) . From this you can get the quantity of acid required for the entire volume (12 m3) . Very accurate.

Hope this helps
