I have to use this specific heat value to calculate the heat load for designing a machine as refrigerator.
Could you please help me to find accurate value.

ps. This normal saline is used for medication.

How accurate do you need to be?  If the solution is 99.1% water, surely the value for pure water is close enough?  There will be very few other parameters of your design that you will be able to predict to within 1%.

Like katmar, I think that of pure water, 1 Btu/lb/o F, would do nicely.

But if you need to look it up, Perry's 6th Edition has specific heats of aqueous solutions, including sodium chloride.  Take a look at that.  You may have to convert units though.

 Hi ,

If you want a more "precise " answer to your query ,

Let you googling "sodium chloride diluted solution specific heat" and you will find at least 2 papers , unfortunately not for free.
