What are you trying to calculate? The True Vapor Pressure (TVP) or the Reid Vapor Pressure (RVP). For crude oil and other petroleum fractions both are used.
However, for the type of calculation you want to do, I believe you require the TVP. Some very good threads related to TVP & RVP are available on 'Chereosurces' at the following links:

Dear Ankur,
I was trying for the TVP. Thanks for the links. However the Vapor pressure seems very higher (over 1000 psig)!

TVP of (crude) oil depends on its composition and the temperature, none of which you have specified.
