could anyone help me how to calculate natural draft furnace efficiency. Any help would be appreciated. :)

Why don't you try first, and let us see your methods and results. It should not be too difficult for you to find the proper method. Start with Google.

It depends on your purpose of the calculation. If the calculation is for design a furnace, the calculation will be much more complicated. If you want to figure out the efficiency of an existing furnace, the calculation step shall be as following:

1. Heat input

Heat input will be from fuel. To complete the heat input you need to know fuel composition, temperature, flow rates and LHV for each composite - reference to API 560.

2. Heat used to heat the medium

Medium inlet and outlet temperatures, specific heat capacity and flow rate.

3. Calculate the efficiency of the furnace

Heat used to heat the medium/Heat input*100
