I want to know that how we can reduce the settle out pressure?

Dpo e have any criteria or standard about it

Considering the fixed design parameters, by lowering the discharge piping volume confined by compressor outlet nozzle , ASV inlet and discharge SDV inlet...

Hello Roshi,

 

Yes, by minimizing the high pressure volume at the compressor outlet will lower down the settle out pressure. Normally the recycle piping is at the compressor discharge that routes back to the compressor suction cooler.

 

Could it be that the design you have now do not have a suction cooler? Due to that, the recycle line is located after the compressor discharge scrubber that vastly increase the volume at the high pressure side?
