Hi everybody;

could you please guide me on fulfilling the process data in API 617 data sheet for Centrifugal compressors. We have 6 operating cases, like Summer, Winter , Joule thomson and so on. The difference between flow rates of these cases are more than 10%. It means the normal operating case is summer case, but some operable cases are happened. I need to know how should i fulfill data sheet and recognize the Normal case in daa sheet. As i know, comnpresso vendor just can guarantee one certified point in centrifugal compressor and other cases are alternative. If i give the highest flow rate, in some other cases, which the flow decreases, the discharge pressure will goes up and it destroy the whole pressure profiles. So i need guideline in this case.

Could you please if you have any idea in this matter.

Provide all required cases to the vendor. The compressor manufacturer can determine the controlling case and whether it is possible for the machine to meet the alternate cases. You are paying them, so you can ask for any guarantee you want. Pay attention to how compressor guarantees are determined according to industry standards. The guarantee is normally not "this machine will meet or exceed the guaranteed performance." Instead, the guarantee is in effect something like "this machine will perform at least 98% of the guaranteed performance."
