Hi everyone,

I was wandering how would an electrical current look during surge and stonewall conditions for the centrifugal compressors.

According to my understanding, surge would look like fluctuation of current, and a stonewall would look like a stable current line, which is much higher, than during the designed maximum operational condition.

Also, In both cases gas discharge temperature will increase. For a stonewall it will increase faster, though.

I would appreciate if someone gave an opinion on my thoughts.

Thanks!
