You need to perform Hydraulic calculations !
Consider using the search engine in this forum , this topic has been discussed many times and resources are provided .
Note : I've attached an excel sheet for this type of calculation .
Hope this helps

For compressible flow, you can use Darcy formula for finding pressure drop provided the following case should satisfy.
P1- Inlet Pressure, P2- Outlet Pressure
1. If pressure drop between (P1-P2)/P1 is less than 10%, you can use the density of nitrogen either for inlet or outlet condition.
2. If pressure drop between (P1-P2)/P1 is more than 10% and less than 40%, the density should be average of inlet & outlet condition.
If the pressure drop is more than 40%, darcy formula will give more error. Hence, you have to split the pipe length into many segments. Find pressure drop in each segment such that the inlet & outlet pressure drop is less than 10%. Finally add the pressure drop in each segment will give you the overall pressure drop.
Note: The outlet pressure in the first segment will the inlet pressure for second segment. Accordingly take the density for each segment.
Also you can use panhandle & weymouth equation for finding pressure drop directly.
