Install an appropriately designed injection pump.

(without any basic data received from you, that is all you can get from me)

Sir,

The plant has depurators(4) , de-oiled pump (dedicated to depurators), injection tank (for providing with make-up water),heaters, filters (14 walnut shell filters) and also injection pumps (6). The problem we are facing is that the injection rates are slow. Exsisting filters require backwash but we dont have suffiicent backwash margin to clean them. Also frequent scaling problems and strainer cleaning problems despite chemicals addition at various site. Filters are 6th generation. Any ideas for better ways to reduce downtime and also increase flow?
