Please share your idea , what is the best coating for DEA storage tank in gas sweetening plant?

Mr. Rahimzadeh,

 

As far as i know DEA storage tanks are made of CS and don't need to internal coating. External coating would be specified as per the relevant environmental conditions....

I consider it needless to coat a carbon steel tank for use in amine service.  For years I operated amine plants made of carbon steel without any coating.  In fact, amines have been used as a corrosion inhibitor.

To reinforce my claim, consider the fact that all amine you buy - be it MEA, DEA, or MDEA - all comes in carbon steel drums.  That should convince you of what I state.
