I have removed your email as posted in your query.  I did this in the event you are asking our members for an illegal copy of ASME B31.3 by email.  You should be aware that our Forums will not tolerate any pirating or distribution of illegally obtained engineering software or copies of copyrighted material - such as the ASME standards.

If you are an engineer and you need the ASME standards to apply them, then PURCHASE them.  They can easily be bought through the internet.  If you can't afford to buy them, then you shouldn't be applying them as an engineer.

 Hei Art.

No this was not my intention. Our company has the standard back in the office.  But I am abroad ( Offshore )

So I was just looking for fast  help to clarify the visual access requirements during pressure-test. ( According to ASME B31.3 )

Can the pipe bee cowered ( No visual access ) or not.

 regards  Carsten   sorry
