May I know which vendor gave you such a cryptic performance curve?

I would call it an introductory sketch, not an expected performance curve for your vacuum pump.

 

Give us some numbers to comment.

 

Top curve is Volumetric flow (left y-axis) vs Vacuum pressure (x-axis), bottom curve is Horsepower (right y-axis) vs Vacuum pressure (x-axis).
