What is the difference between restriction orifice and flow control valves? pls explain. i think both are used to control the flow but i dont understand the difference between those two? pls explain.

Please search in this forum for the RO and control valve information. There is plenty of literature available here and in google as well.
I am sure if you take time to study the same, you will get the difference between the two.
You may offcourse come back if you have any specific question though.

Hi,
The main difference is this point that a RO is an element with a fixed orifice area, while a control valve has variable orifice area; then you cannot control the flow by a RO and it can just limit the flow passing through the relevant line...
