Something I would add -- the given resources appear to be fairly idealized calculations -- based mostly on Raoult's law. Which is fine, as long as we recognize it and recognize the limitations and assumptions that go into assuming Raoult's law.
Even when we don't want to settle for Raoult's law, I find that understanding how to use Raoult's law is an important step in performing the real calculations. In many ways, calculating VLE for non-ideal solutions is like applying "fudge factors" to the ideal Raoult's law case. For example, if we decide to use one of our many activity coefficient equations -- they are usually built on the concept of a "Raoult's law standard state" and the activity coefficient is like a "correction factor" applied to Raoult's law.
In the end, the final answer to this very generic question will depend on where you are at in your coursework and what is expected of you. Using Raoult's law as in the above attachments as a jumping off point is often a good place to start.
