All,

 

I am asking help because i can't wrap my head around the control of a fairly simple system. see attachment for the system. a material will be pumped from an ISO container using two metering pump in parallel. the product will then go to a day tank from there will be pumped in a mix tank. i want to know how to control the level in the day tank, the flow and pressure into the mix tank. please help if you can any contribution will be well come.

Hello Pingue2008!

 

If you have a batch process, LC, control the level sending a signal to  turn on/off the pumps. If you have a continuous process you can need add a control valve after two pumps (ISO Tank).

I think you need a PC in the tank, not in pipe.
