Hi, I am a 4th year student currently undertaking my Final Year Design Project involving the production of VCM using the balance process. Are there any available or good resources that I would be able to refer to to obtain a more detailed process operating conditions on each sections of the plant?? Apart from that, are there any other alternatives for the process for instance in the EDC purification, I have read some computer aided case studies in which the EDC purification can be done through a direct and indirect route.

Good luck. The process is proprietary, and you are unlikely to get very far.
