Hello everybody

I want to use safety valve with reaction time of lower than 1 ms. it must be used in bursting process and if this safety valve action slowly, this can hart the pressure gage.

Can you introduce any catalogue or site that say about the time reaction or any safety valve (like tube rupture) with the lowest time reaction?

Thank you.

mohsen,

Can you upload a simple sketch of the "Bursting Process" you mentioned?

Can you use a fast action safety device such as Buckling Pin or Rupture Disc in that system?

Opening time in the range of 1ms for ANY control or relief valve is in the domain of theory. If you need to protect the process or equipment, obviously you need to do it in another way.
