need some help descending heat exchanger network. Though I have the resources I am having hard time understanding solution regards.

I do not have anything to help you with Heat Exchanger Networks... but I would like to offer you a kind advice. Don't ask the same question in two different posts, because it can lead to confusion to the members as to where to post the answers and it may ultimately result in your own loss.
