Can any one  tell me please how to do process design of wet surface air cooler .(Basic calculation)

According to which standard you need to make the design? Asme Code or EN.. ?

All you need to do is prepare a datasheet with the requirements and send it to a reputable vendor.

You are right.

 

The information regarding WSAC we can get from vendor, but  before that  i want to know the basic calculation for the WSAC so that i can confirm with vendor data.

WSAC vendors do not publish their confidential design correlations, they are not that stupid.

 

Don't take it personal, but if someone has to ask how to design a WSAC in order to verify a vendor design, then that someone is obviously not the right person to do the verification.

 

Just make sure that the WSAC performance guarantees supplied by the vendor are in order.
