I have couple of questions uncleard, hope you guys can help me.
1. If i carry out a fractional distillation of NAPHTHA,  product may comprise of petrochemical solvents like WHITE SPIRIT, RUBBER SOLVENT, V55, ect.. and i really want to know exactly the properties and usages of those compounds.
2. I rarely heard about the distillation using hot oil as heating agent instead of steam, which mean they no longer need to supply the super heat steam at the bottom, so what are the advantages and back draws in this case.

There are many solvents which can be obtained from petroleum inclueing naphtha. Just type "solvents" in the search box of Gooogle or yahoo. You will get a number of sites which give various solvents and their properties. Please refer to Petroleum Products Hand Book by Gurhrie, Petroleum Process Engineering by Nelson, Modrn Petroleum Technology edited by Hobson. There are many books on this subject. Alternately please send email to me stating your interest. (My email ID is pkrao2012@yahoo.com)

Heat Transfer Oil oil is used for fractionating naphtha.
