Dears,

 

I have an assignment to design some air coolers and shell & tube exchangers using Aspen EDR. I face a problem in understanding the different options and parameters that I can change and play with and their effects on the design. 

 

Any one can help and if he know a good source to read on this?

Before starting EDR you should have considerable knowledge in heat exchnager design. Share what you know then we can suggest you.

 

If you want to really learn then you have to be describe in detail. You have to be specific with your question.
