Hi dears.

I want to start the centrifugal compressor with lower MW gas at full open anti surge.

The compressor is fixed speed and process gas is Acid gas.

I want to run it with Fuel gas as lower MW gas.

there are curves for process gas as head vs. mass flow, outlet pressure vs. mass flow. but for lower MW, no curves.

I want to know the outlet pressure with lower MW gas and flow rate to running compressor with lower MW gas at recycling with open anti surge.

Closed Loop Circulation condition is as below :

- compressor inlet and outlet valves are fully closed.

- pressurize compressor up to settle-out pressure by fuel gas.

- anti-surge valve fully open and remain in opening position during test.

- start compressor.

is there any problem ?

I want to know discharge pressure and rate of circulation gas.

Is it important to change performance curve in the PLC ?
