can anyone provide me with complete process description for oil refining process and a PFD and PID ???

The process description and accompanying flow diagrams can vary somewhat due to the type of crude oil feedstock (and other liquids received as feed) and then also on the mix of products desired.  These factors can effect the types of process units (refining process technologies) that are necessary in between the feeds and the products.

But i wonder if anyone can still provide me with a PFD and a PID for the refinery he works at and just mention the engineering vendor....

A complete refinery, including OSBL and utilities, has more than a thousand pieces of equipment, dozens of PFD's and hundreds of P&ID's.

 

Refineries are built by engineering contractors like:

AMEC

Bechtel

CB&I

Fluor

Foster Wheeler

Jacobs

Snamprogetti

Technip

and several more.

You can ask for these, as you did, but no one will supply you with them. The items are all proprietary and the owners spent $millions to develop them.
