Dear All,

I have a general query regarding vacuum system loading. If the vaccum system (Ejector + booster system ) suction load is designed for say 100 kg/hr @ 3 mbar suction pressure and if any time this suction load is less than 100 kg/hr will there be any fluctuation in vaccum.

Please expalin me about how the vacuum system loading is acheived.

Probably good to read the documents attached !

For a better understanding can you upload a sketch of your system , somewhere you should have an automatic valve to control the pressure ?

To my knowledge you encounter troubles when the motive stream is not stable or because of quality change .

hope this helps.
