Dear all,

 

I am trying to import data from Hysys to use it in Flarenet. Each time I use import option from flarenet, I have the error of "Unable to load simulation case".

 

What I am doing to is:

File>> Import sources>>Hysys sources after that I browse the case location then press open. Each time I do this procedure, I have the same error. I am sure that both versions of Hysys and Flarenet are 7.2.

 

In your opinion, what is the problem source.
