I recommend you attend a training. I've found that BR&E provides the best training for amine sweetening. I send all my engineers through their program. http://www.bre.com/T...64/Default.aspx
Amine Experts and John Campbell also have good training programs, although BR&E's is free.

Please check HSS (Heat Stable Salts) concentration. HSS reduce he efficiency of MDEA. Some of them may also tend to form foam.
