Hi All,

I have a drain tank to collect water and transformer oil. Minimum temperature during winter could reach -2 dgree C. However this number is only a single point, the daily minimum temp is - 0.1 dgree C. Do i need a winterizarion? If So, can i only install a heating pad at the tank bottom since water content is considered minimum.
