Hi.

I want to use nitrogen as a purge gas in the flare header. Is it possible that the discharge from the plant will extinguish the pilot burner by nitrogen? I'm afraid that discharges pushed the nitrogen contained in the header, and  the pilot burners will extinguish.

I don't think anyone uses nitrogen to purge a flare header. You will be the first. Let us know how it goes.

I'd consult your flare vendor on the idea.

Minimum Oxygen Concentration (MOC) for N2/Air is 12%.  Please check if your N2 concentration will reach MOC at your pilot point to determine if N2 purge will distinguish the pilot flame.
