Hi all,

I have an Air cooled exchanger with the fluid passing in the tubes being Asphaltic Residue. Since the beginning of the week the exchanger lost efficiency and the fluid is not being cooled to the proper values that we expected.

We suspect that is creating a thin film in the tubes that prevent the heat to be exchanged.

What you  recommend to do to "destroy" the thin without stop the process?

Thank you
