Dear,

 

Could you please tell me is Lubricity  (1,6 wsd) at 60 Celsius degree is in conformity or nonconformity according to Diesel Standard EN 590 or ASTM D975. (please see attached PDF).

Please use ASTM D 3244 "Utilization of Test Data to determine conformance with specifications"
