Hi All,

I have an HC-30 Ventil control valve test bench and would like to know how I can test a class V control valve test at maximum differential pressure 220 KG/CM^2.

The procedure I used follows below;

1. Clamped the valve on my test bench taking into consideration FTO/FTC

2. open the valve

3.Pump water into the valve

4.Stroke the valve closed

5.Try to achieve 220 KG/CM^2 but was unsuccessful due to limitations in the pump as the pressure was not maintaining...i.e constant.

Can you advise of any other method which I can test such?

Appreciate your feedback.

Thanks,

Naresh
