Can anyone having experience in Utilities Plant in Fertilizer Industry suggest a good book for Water Chemistry & Treatment.I would be highly obliged !!

Consider this resource above . Betz Dearborn if I'm right was acquired by GE a couple of years ago .

This is to say that Betz Dearborn handbook ( available on amazon.com) is really a great book to start with .

Good luck .

Note : probably vendors of chemicals for treatment can provide you similar resource.

Yes.  It is great. You can also refer to ASTM standards on water  for any specific test not covered by Betz Dearborn or contact me.
