How the drug testing carried out?and what are the softwares used for this purpose?if we create a virtual human or an organism,can that replace the drug testing on human and is that efficient?

My company uses a wizz quiz (urinalysis).  Will this virtual human get the paycheck, or the real one that is doing the work?
